Taking the OSCP Exam: A Postmortem

Intro

Hello all! It’s been a minute since I last posted, but I’d like to announce that I very recently took and subsequently passed the OSCP exam on my first attempt! Hello again! I haven’t super active doing writeups here lately, for the primary reason of putting the majority of my hacking energy towards studying for the OSCP (as well as just life generally being busy). I’m approximately 50% of the way through the course, so a bit behind schedule but I’ve been really pushing to catch up as much as possible.

The terminal plugin is there because it’s a lot more convenient to do things side-by-side with my notes rather than having to either click back on and off again from my notes or squishing the Obsidian window. So overall I’ve ended up with a work environment I’m quite happy with!
